The Delpark™ Gravity Bed Filter is a continuous, automatic, self-cleaning gravity filter ideal for solids removal.  The continuous removal of solids and particulates ensures clean, clear fluids that can be reused or disposed of safely.

Delpark™ Gravity filters are ideal for filtration of metalworking coolants, cutting oils; quench oils, sludge dewatering, plant clean up etc. in the automotive, manufacturing, machining, grinding, and general industrial sectors.

Filtration rates down to 1 micron can be achieved using the Delpark™ Gravity Bed Filter technology and associated equipment and processes.  Early removal of solids and abrasives from coolants or cutting oils result in reduced operating costs by extending coolant life and reducing maintenance downtime.  An added bonus to clean coolants is better product finishes and higher production rates.

Carbon Steel units are designed for non corrosive environments; units are also powder coated paint finish for added durability and resistance to synthetic coolants.

Stainless Steel units are made from 100% stainless steel on all wetted parts and are available in 304L or 316L.  Stainless models are ideal for corrosion resistant type applications and provide extra longevity for acidic environments.  Also widely used in food processing applications, they meet FDA guidelines and satisfy food safety concerns.
